Cabinetry

Legend Homes offers a variety of beautiful, high-quality cabinets for your kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Our communities are furnished by the finest Pacific Northwest providers. All cabinets are produced using high-grade, durable woods, in alder, hickory, and maple, in a variety of painted and stained colors. We also offer a wide selection of knobs and pulls. Some Legend Homes will also include:

  • Taller or stepped upper cabinets
  • Soft close drawers and doors
  • Glass doors
  • Pullout shelves
  • Custom-designed entertainment centers or other cabinetry

Flooring & Surfaces

Flooring

Legend Homes offers durable, yet beautiful, luxury vinyl plank “faux hardwood” flooring. Luxury vinyl plank flooring is the fastest growing alternative to wood flooring, requires very little maintenance and is perfect for those high-traffic areas. It’s also pet-friendly and waterproof.

We install carpeting from Shaw Industries™ and other manufacturers with an emphasis on environmentally-friendly industry practices.

Surfaces

Countertops and backsplashes are available in ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and slab granite. Legend Homes is excited to now offer innovative quartz-composite slab counters in a large array of colors and full tile backsplashes in the kitchen.

Appliances

Legend Homes communities enjoy the highest standard in quality, energy-efficient appliances. Working exclusively with the best household names in the business— GE™ and Samsung™ — your home will reflect the latest trends. We offer gas cooking and products in stainless steel. Appliance selections include:

Lighting

Our exclusive, high-quality Moen™ plumbing fixtures are designed with reliable functionality and to superior aesthetic standards.

All Legend Homes feature luxury, energy-efficient TOTO® toilets from Japan, specifically with an elongated bowl and universal height. TOTO® is the industry leader in design and efficiency innovation.

All master bedroom and hall baths feature vanity mirrors while powder rooms include a wall-hung mirror.

Hardware

Legend Homes has an extensive selection of Kwikset™ levers and knobs to accent doors and complement other interior finishes. Among the many finishes are:

Heating & Cooling

Legend Homes builds its homes with premium, state-of-the-art HVAC systems that optimize both human comfort and energy efficiency. Using quiet, top-of-the-line products from Trane®, Rheem® and Carrier®, Legend Homes offers these features:

  • 95% (or higher) efficient gas furnaces with programmable thermostat
  • Merv filters and a fresh-air intake system are standard to maximize clean indoor air quality
  • Homes are pre-wired and furnace is prepped for optional air conditioning
  • Gas fireplaces with electronic ignition are efficient and create a cozy atmosphere

Low Voltage

Your Legend Home will be pre-wired to meet all your high-tech, low voltage needs, with multiple locations of RG6 and CAT6 wiring for TV/Tel/Data connections. Each cable is a separate home-run from the connector port to a central location (generally, the master closet).

Interior & Exterior Finishes

Legend Homes exclusively endorses environmentally friendly Sherwin-Williams® paints, whose assorted color selections are a cut above in quality and durability. Legend also offers unique millwork paint colors to trim your doorways and windows.

And with your home’s exterior, masonry and designer paint palettes are chosen to compliment your landscaped front gardens, which includes a state-of-the-art irrigation system.
