What is an Energy Performance Score?

The Energy Performance Score (EPS) was developed by Energy Trust to make it easy to determine both a home’s energy use and the resultant costs associated with that use.

A low EPS means your home is more energy efficient and has a smaller carbon footprint, so the lower a home’s EPS, the lower the energy bills.
