Legend Homes will exit bankruptcy in the spring as a leaner company focused on building smaller, greener homes.
In a first for Oregon, Legend’s strategy for rebuilding its bankruptcy-tarnished brand will also include putting solar power units in every home it sells.
The solar initiative stems from a standing commitment to build homes that meet the Earth Advantage Institute’s standards for energy and environmental efficiency. It will feature prominently in Legend’s marketing campaigns.
