• 92.3% (or higher) efficient gas furnaces with programmable thermostat
• Merv filters and a fresh-air intake system are standard to maximize clean indoor air quality
• Homes are pre-wired and furnace is prepped for optional air conditioning (available through the Design Center)
• Optional heat pumps, which pump heart out of the home in summer and into the home in winter
• Gas fireplaces (optional in most communities) with electronic ignition are efficient and create a cozy atmosphere
