Bob has been with Legend Homes since 2000, he started in the building industry in the mid 1980′s and has been in the home selling business since the early 1990′s. As the principal broker for Legend Homes, he heads a team that is specifically trained to understand the ever-changing new home customer needs. He is dedicated to providing homebuyers with the best new home sales professionals in the region. To ensure customer satisfaction, he leads the sales staff in regular trainings that build on a model of continuous quality improvement.

Michelle Rosa has been with Legend Homes since 1999, chiefly as the Account Manager in our Financial Department as well as a Loan Processor. As our Closing Coordinator, Michelle operates as the liaison between Legend Homes, our new homebuyers and their respective lending and title companies for smooth, on-time closings. Michelle takes great pleasure in helping new clients bring their dreams of homeownership to life. The combination of Michelle’s warm and friendly personality along with her courteous and professional service creates an inviting atmosphere for everyone involved in the homebuying process.

Bill has been with Legend Homes since 2005. He started  as a licensed assistant to a top producer in 1993, and has been selling new home construction since 2001. He is pleased to be selling Legend’s quality-built, energy-efficient homes.
